Vendor Terms
Terms for businesses and professionals applying to be listed on DigitalOnfront.
1. Platform role
DigitalOnfront provides a listing, discovery and onboarding-verification platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, DigitalOnfront is not the vendor providing the listed service or product and is not a party to the vendor-customer service contract.
2. Vendor responsibility
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, their legal authority to operate, applicable licences or registrations, service delivery, quotations, taxes, invoices, warranties, payments, customer communications and compliance with laws applicable in the locations where they operate.
3. Onboarding and verification
DigitalOnfront may review business, contact and verification information before publishing a listing. A “Verified” or “Verified onboarding” label means that the onboarding submission was reviewed and approved for publication. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, price, licensing status, insurance, availability, conduct or transaction outcome.
4. Public listing information
By submitting public listing fields, the vendor authorizes DigitalOnfront to publish approved business information such as business name, category, service areas, public address, business hours, website, public contact details, listing description, logo, banner and approved listing images.
5. Media rights
The vendor confirms that it owns or has permission to use all logos, photographs, graphics and other media supplied for publication. DigitalOnfront may resize, crop, compress or convert approved media for website and app presentation without changing its substantive meaning.
6. Private verification information
Identity, tax or verification documents collected for onboarding are not intended for public display. Their handling is subject to the DigitalOnfront Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
7. Ratings, reviews and claims
Vendors must not submit fabricated reviews, ratings, certifications, authorizations, prices, response-time guarantees, warranties or other claims. DigitalOnfront may require a verifiable source before publishing ratings, review counts or similar claims.
8. Direct customer relationship
Customers contact vendors directly. Vendors are responsible for confirming service scope, price, taxes, appointment timing, parts or materials, warranty terms, cancellation terms and payment arrangements directly with the customer.
9. Listing changes, suspension or removal
DigitalOnfront may correct, suspend, unpublish or remove a listing where information appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, outdated or inconsistent with platform requirements. Vendors should promptly notify DigitalOnfront when public listing information changes.
10. India and international listings
Vendors must comply with the laws, licensing, consumer-protection, tax, advertising, privacy and sector-specific requirements applicable to their own jurisdiction, including where they operate in India, the United Arab Emirates or other Gulf countries.
11. Acceptance
Submitting an application and accepting the Vendor Terms indicates agreement to these conditions together with the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
12. Contact
Vendor onboarding enquiries can be sent to info@digitalonfront.com or through the Contact page.
