1. Operator

These Terms apply to digitalonfront.com and services operated by Radix India Technologies Private Limited under the DigitalOnfront™ brand.

2. Distinct service relationships

Digital marketing, website and training services: where DigitalOnfront accepts an order or proposal, the applicable written scope, fees, deliverables and service-specific terms form part of the agreement.

Professional directory: listed vendors are independent third parties. Customers contact and contract with vendors directly. Unless DigitalOnfront expressly agrees otherwise in writing, DigitalOnfront is not the vendor's employer, agent, contractor, guarantor or the provider of the vendor's underlying service.

3. Vendor onboarding and the Verified badge

A vendor may receive a “Verified onboarding” badge only after the vendor's onboarding submission has been reviewed and explicitly approved in the DigitalOnfront workflow. The badge means the administrative onboarding step was completed based on information or documents supplied to us. It does not guarantee licensing status, insurance, workmanship, pricing, availability, identity beyond the checks performed, financial standing, conduct or a successful transaction.

4. Vendor obligations

• Provide accurate, current and lawful information.
• Maintain licences, registrations and permissions required for the vendor's own activities.
• Use only content, names, marks and images the vendor is entitled to use.
• Update DigitalOnfront when material listing information changes.
• Deal fairly with customers and comply with applicable consumer, tax, safety and sector-specific requirements.

5. Customer responsibility

Customers should independently confirm material details before hiring a vendor, including pricing, qualifications, licensing, insurance, warranties, timing and the scope of work.

6. Content and directory changes

We may correct, update, suspend or remove listings where information appears inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, unsafe, misleading or inconsistent with our platform requirements.

7. Fees and payments

Fees for DigitalOnfront services or training are governed by the applicable proposal, order, invoice or published offer. Payments between customers and independent vendors are handled directly by those parties unless DigitalOnfront expressly provides a separate payment facility.

8. Intellectual property

DigitalOnfront website design, original text, branding and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or republish protected content unlawfully, impersonate another person or use the platform for unlawful activity.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalOnfront is not responsible for independent vendor performance or disputes between customers and vendors. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and mandatory local rights

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes relating to DigitalOnfront's own services are subject to competent courts in Delhi, India. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights applicable in a user's country remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised date.
