Copyright respect
DigitalOnfront respects intellectual-property rights. Vendors and contributors must only submit content they are entitled to publish.
Copyright complaint
If you believe content on digitalonfront.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@digitalonfront.com containing: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the material complained of; a statement explaining the claimed infringement; a good-faith statement; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the rights owner.
Review and action
We may request additional information, restrict access to disputed content while reviewing a complaint, notify the submitting party and remove or restore material as appropriate under applicable law.
DMCA and other laws
Where the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies, we will process qualifying notices consistently with applicable requirements. For other jurisdictions, we will consider the relevant copyright and intermediary rules.
