India + Gulf-ready onboarding

Collect only what is needed for the business relationship

The previous onboarding form has useful business-verification fields, but the new workflow is designed to separate public listing information from private verification information.

Public listing: business name, service category, city/service area, public phone/WhatsApp, public business email or website, and approved description.
Private verification: registration/licence details and supporting documents where reasonably required. These are not published.
Country-aware fields: India can use GST/Udyam or other business registration details; UAE/GCC vendors can provide the relevant local commercial/trade licence and tax details where applicable.

For privacy and data-minimisation reasons, Aadhaar and income-tax-return acknowledgement numbers are not required by the new website workflow by default. If a specific verification process later requires higher-risk identity or financial data, it should be separately reviewed and secured before collection.

The current Google Form can be loaded here after its visible wording is updated to DigitalOnfront and the recommended Service Category + Country fields are added.

Verification workflow

Submission → review → approval → live listing

Only an explicitly approved application receives the Verified onboarding badge.

Submit

Vendor provides business and service information through the onboarding form.

Review & approve

An authorized DigitalOnfront reviewer checks the submission and changes the response status to APPROVED.

Publish

The approval sync sends only whitelisted public fields to the website. The vendor page becomes available and the Verified onboarding badge is enabled.

“Verified onboarding” describes the DigitalOnfront administrative onboarding status. It is not a warranty, endorsement or guarantee of vendor performance.
