Cancellations and Transfers

• Cancellations and Transfers: Must be made in writing. Fees are forfeited if participants fail to attend.
• Non-Sufficient Participation: In cases of low registration, the course may be postponed or merged with another batch.
• Batch and Branch Transfer: Incurs a fee of INR 3000 + GST.
• Admission Transfer: Incurs a fee of INR 5000 + GST, valid for six months from the admission date.

Course Policies

• Course Content & Timings: The Company may alter course content, timings, and dates without liability.
• Certifications and Exams: Certifications are based on the specific exam and course opted.
• Placement Assistance: An add-on service, based on third-party placement opportunities.
• Work-from-Home Opportunities: Offered only per the requirements from our placement partners.
• Google Exam: Conducted within one month of course completion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or privacy resulting from the use of our Service. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you, or 100 USD if no payment was made.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.
